SZA partía como la gran favorita con 9 nominaciones y, finalmente se ha llevado los premios a mejor canción pop en dúo y mejor canción R&B. Taylor Swfit, Olivia Rodrigo y Miley Cyrus la seguían de cerca con seis nominaciones. Miley se ha llevado dos (canción pop solista y grabación del año) y Taylor otros dos (álbum pop vocal y álbum del año).
Taylor Swift vuelve a hacer historia al convertirse en la única artista que gana cuatro veces el gramófono dorado a mejor álbum del año.
